ALL products come included with 30 DAY RETURN or EXCHANGES and 1 YEAR WARRANTY

If you need to exchange or request a refund on a product, please follow the below instructions  

  •  WARRANTY INFORMATION
      • 1 Year Standard Warranty on all products - excluding general wear and tear
      • Warranty request is to be submitted via our portal
      • All items received will need to be returned to assess the replacement claim

  • PRODUCT EXCHANGES 

If you are unhappy with the product you have recVeived or selected the wrong colour or size, we are happy to exchange this over for you. Each product comes with 30 day product exchanges, if the product is still new and unused, we can process the exchange for you. All packaging is to be returned upon exchange.

  • PRODUCT RETURNS  

If you are unhappy with the product you have received and did not want to exchange your item, we are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days of when you receive the product - no questions asked! If 30-days has passed, and you still are unhappy with your product, please reach out below as we would love to help you find the right product!
