Returns and Exchanges Policy


We accept returns, exchanges and store credit requests of all orders within 45 days of the date the order was shipped. 

All items being returned (unless for faulty purposes) must be:

  • Unused
  • Within their original packaging
  • In Resable Condition

Please ensure your order number is marked clearly on the package to avoid any processing delays. Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. If payment is made by AfterPay, ZipPay or Klarna, this refund will be deducted against the balance owing on your account.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and do not meet the above criteria. Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. All returns must be returned within 28 Days of Request, otherwise return will expire.
